OnePlus Pad 2 is ready to be launched globally soon, and some news about it is going to be leaked. This device is expected to enter the market with advanced hardware and a better design, and it is going to give tough competition to Realme and Samsung tabs in the midrange.

We can expect the upcoming OnePlus Pad 2 to have a flagship MediaTek 9000 series or Qualcomm 8-gen processor, which can run on the latest version of OxygenOS for the operating system and may also include AI features.

Even before this, the company launched the OnePlus Pad GO and the OnePlus Pad. This upcoming version will be similar to these two. Last year, the OnePlus Pad Go would come at Rs. 19,999 for the 8GB/128 GB Wi-Fi only variants. It sports an 11.35-inch 2.4 K LCD, which the MediaTek Helio G99 Chipset will power.

On the other hand, the OnePlus Pad price in India last year was Rs. 37,999 for the 8GB/128GB storage variant, while Rs. 39,999 for 12/256 GB storage variants were considered to be the cheapest. It also featured an 11.61-inch display with 2800 x 2000 pixels resolutions and was powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset. It is paired with up to 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. Both these devices were based on the Android 13.

The company expects the OnePlus Pad 2 to build on the strength of its predecessor, offering an upgrade with better features and performance. The official launch of this device has been confirmed for the next quarter, and we are eagerly waiting for these announcements.

OnePlus has recently introduced the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite, and the OnePlus Nord 4 will soon debut in the market. There are expectations that the OnePlus 13 will be equipped with a 6000 mAh battery, and there are speculations that the brand is actively developing a 7,000 mAh battery. If these batteries are incorporated into the device, it would be a significant achievement for the brand.

However, further leaks have claimed that the brand is working on a 7,000 mAh battery pack in collaboration with the Oga group. This Oga Group is a joint research and development lab of OnePlus and Oppo. The largest battery found on a OnePlus Phone was the Ace 3 Pro model, which used a large battery of 6,100 mAh. This bigger battery was also made in collaboration with the Oga group.

However, the upcoming phone that supports such a big battery is not part of the brand, but in some time, the brand can also launch another line-up that can easily support such a big battery. Moreover, a new chipset can also be used in the upcoming device. In other words, the launch of this upcoming device is still a long way off, but right now, it is just speculation. This big battery can also be used in the Nord series.

In this new battery technology, the brand can use silicon material, which is a silicon-carbon anode in the glacier battery technology, which provides 23.1% more energy density than graphite batteries. Thus, it is possible that the size of the battery can be smaller, but the brand can develop more of its capacity.
