OnePlus 8T gets several new features and fixes with June 2024 patch
OnePlus is going to release the June 2024 security patch update for its OnePlus 8T device. This update is capable of fixing all the problems already caused in the device and is also capable of adding some new features to it. This update has been rolled out only in India.

Many changes have been made in the system through this update so that you can adjust the volume in the Quick Settings as well and a horizontal layout has also been added for the lock screen clock. Along with this, you can also choose not to show the track while creating a lock screen pattern to unlock the device.
In this update, the size of the floating window can be adjusted by dragging its bottom part and closing the mini window by swiping upwards. Moreover, some problems have also been fixed in which birthdays from contacts were not synced with calendar events, they have also been fixed.
Along with this, an attempt has been made to fix the overlap of the home screen and recent task screen icons. The volume slider in its quick settings and the slider triggered by pressing the physical volume button can appear at the same time. It also fixes the issue where the app icon was not responding when you closed its corresponding home screen widget.
It also improved its stability for gaming and fixed an issue where the screen would go black while playing games. On the other hand, it fixes an issue for communication where the device was not vibrating for phone calls. In this post, the company has confirmed that the new “Bionic Vibration Motor Turbo” developed in the OnePlus 13 has been developed in collaboration with ACC Technologies.
