Safe Mode is an important feature of Android smartphones, including the OnePlus devices, which allows you to solve several issues regarding our smartphones, whether our device is crashing abruptly or certain applications are malfunctioning that significantly prevent us from using our smartphones as per our expectations.

Being in Safe Mode, Android smartphones fix some restrictions on your smartphone’s software and allow it to use only the pre-installed applications. In safe mode, you will not be able to use any third-party applications, which helps optimize your device’s performance and experience.

In the meantime, the safe mode feature is beneficial, but it can be frustrating at times as it blocks all third-party applications, allowing you to only use the pre-installed applications that shipped with your device when it was freshly purchased. If you’re wondering how you can enable or disable the Safe Mode on your OnePlus device, here’s all you need to know.

How to Enable the Safe Mode on your OnePlus smartphone?

  • Then, release the power button, and then press and hold the volume-down button.
  • You need to keep holding the Volume Down button until your OnePlus device boots up.
  • You can release the button the moment you see Safe Mode on your smartphone’s screen.

  • A few options will be displayed on your screen.
