The recently launched OnePlus Nord CE 4 is now going to get the June 2024 system update. This update brings many new features along with some changes and provides an upgrade to all aspects of the system, which smooths the device’s functionality and improves its performance.

Whats New In This Update
This update adds new smooth animations to the device, changing the icons and their rounded corners during app launch and exit, giving a new experience. It also adds a bounce animation to the slide-down notification drawer. It optimizes the layer effects of quick settings icons and widgets, giving a natural and smooth experience.
Additionally, it optimizes transition animations for home screen icons and widgets and adds wallpaper zoom animation when the device is unlocked. However, wallpaper zoom animation and gradual brightness have also been added when the screen is turned on or off. This update enables customizing the background colour and Gaussian blur effect in the home screen drawer.
A new feature has been added to the animation when the lock screen clock and buttons disappear when the device is unlocked. An animation has been added when entering and exiting global search to ensure a smoother and more consistent experience.
In addition, a new touch control experience has been added. A new animation has been added for the transition when swiping inwards from one side of the device’s screen, swiping up to exit an app in landscape mode, or tapping on the bottom right corner of large folders to see more apps.
You can drag down the app icon in any large folder and then open the app only once. The responsiveness is improved with the help of this touch control. As per these features, tapping and swiping on the home and recent task screens are faster and more stable. It also optimizes the animation using any large folder, and dragging the app to the home screen is now easier.
Moreover, it improves the device’s system stability and integrates security patches to enhance system security. It also improves the strength of the network connection for a better user experience for communication.
